For services not covered by our packages, we can provide updates, support and consultation at a cost of $50/hr, billed in half hourly increments for on-site, phone, email and other forms of support and technical assistance.

The fine print:

• In addition to the hourly rate, the following charges for on-site callouts may also apply at our sole discretion:
• $25 surcharge for on site callouts within 25km of the Albany town center.
• $1 surcharge for on site callouts for each km of travel (both directions) required to sites greater than 25 km of the Albany town centre. 
• Where overnight accommodation, meals and transport are required within the vicinity of an on-site location greater than 200km from the Albany town center we will negotiate reimbursement of these costs and other arrangements in advance of our arrival.
